Define your site type
Choose from 6,700 hospitals, 60,000 pharmacies, 233,000 physician offices and 106,500 dentist offices in the U.S. That’s over 400,000 business sites at your disposal—more than any other industry database.
Search by office name, practitioner name, address and other contact information
Have a specific office or name in mind? Tell us exactly what you’re looking for, whether it’s the name of a physician, an office name or even just a phone number. Not sure about the spelling or exact title? Select the “Starts With” or “Includes” functions to narrow and broaden your search until you locate the data you need.
Segment by a list of titles, practice specialties and site specialties, and choose count brackets
Select the job titles, practice specialties and site specialties that you’d like to target in your search. Mark as many or as few boxes that apply to your audience. Also, decide on the doctor count and patient volume as well as how many records will come up for each site.
Filter results by identification numbers, geography and affiliations
Once you’ve completed the initial search form, further target your list with “Advanced Search,” “Geography,” and “Affiliations” criteria. “Advanced Search” lets you specify by DEA number, license number and other professional identification numbers. “Geography” allows you to search by ZIP code, radius and MSA. “Affiliations” makes it possible to sort results according to medical group, health system, ownership and more.
Save, download and print search results
Results from your search will display a wealth of information about sites such as address, phone number, specialties, affiliations, identification numbers, additional contacts within the site, and a bird’s-eye-view map of the site’s location. You can even see the date when the record was last verified. Then, if you’re satisfied with the data, you can download the list and print in Word or Excel formats.
