Stuart Krasney

Stuart Krasney, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
After founding SK&A in 1982, Stuart Krasney managed all business operations until 1994. Initially, SK&A specialized in market research studies for Fortune 500 companies before focusing on emerging technologies for the healthcare industry. Through many surveys and other research conducted on behalf of its clients, SK&A developed and maintained extensive databases of key management personnel throughout the healthcare marketplace. As SK&A’s CEO, Krasney actively oversees the business and leads the company’s Internet marketing development team. Krasney is a magna cum laude graduate of the City College of New York. He’s a member of Phi Beta Kappa and holds masters and doctoral degrees in physics. Krasney conducted research for his Ph.D. at IBM Corp.’s Thomas Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, New York.

Al M. Cosentino

Al M. Cosentino, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer
An executive of SK&A since 1994, Al Cosentino was appointed president of the company in 1995, and for the next seven years he formalized business operations, processes and procedures, while managing growth. In 2002, Cosentino was appointed SK&A’s vice chairman of the board and chief financial officer. Before joining the company, he served as president and CEO of Basic/Four Corp., MicroData, and EECO Computer Inc. Early in his career, Cosentino was recruited from IBM to join Management Assistance Inc. (MAI). There he founded Sorbus Inc., a subsidiary of MAI that became the nation’s largest independent computer service company with more that 1,200 employees. Cosentino’s success with both start-up and established companies is attributed to his excellent organizational and people skills.

Dave Escalante

David Escalante Jr., President and Chief Operating Officer
In 2007, David Escalante joined SK&A as its president and COO. He has more than 14 years of experience in delivering sales and marketing solutions to pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Escalante has worked with nearly all the top-50 U.S. and international pharmaceutical companies, and is familiar with the business, technology, processes, and data required for healthcare companies to market successfully. Escalante’s most recent positions were vice president at MarketRx, a provider of sales and marketing effectiveness solutions to pharmaceutical and biotech firms, and vice president of product management at Dendrite International, a leader in pharmaceutical services. In both positions he developed multiyear growth strategies for new and existing products in global markets. Escalante is a graduate of Rutgers University, with a B.A. in computer science and history.

Manus Gallagher

Manus Gallagher, Vice President of Sales
A 12-year veteran of providing sales, marketing and compliance solutions to the pharmaceutical industry, Manus Gallagher joined SK&A in 2007. He’s held senior sales and management positions with Dendrite, SAI, RoyalBlue Technologies, and StayinFront. During the past five years, Gallagher led a team that delivered $72 million in new business, while building exceptional relationships with customers. In his current role as SK&A’s vice president of sales, Gallagher steers the company’s sales team toward growth in familiar and new vertical markets and helps to build stronger, more valuable customer relationships. Based in Rockaway, New Jersey, Gallagher graduated from Millersville University, with a B.S. in business administration.

Katherine Nelson-Daigle

Katherine Nelson-Daigle, Vice President of Administration
Katherine Nelson-Daigle joined SK&A in 1989 and three years later became director of operations. She was named vice president of finance and administration in 2004. Her areas of responsibility include human resources, contracts, credit, purchasin, violations and compliance. She earned a B.S. in business management and an M.B.A. both from the University of Phoenix. Nelson-Daigle is presently attending law school in addition to managing her responsibilities at SK&A.

Ramiro Tavares

Ramiro Tavares, Vice President of Finance
In 1992 Ramiro Tavares began working in SK&A’s accounting department and steadily rose through the ranks, becoming a junior accountant in 1993 and an accounting associate in 1995. He was named vice president of accounting in 2004 and vice president of finance in 2008. Tavares is responsible for SK&A's financial functions and budgets. He graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a B.A. in business administration and earned an M.B.A. at the University of Phoenix.

Dan Ortlip

Daniel P. Ortlip, Vice President of Information Technology and Data Processing
Daniel Ortlip has been with SK&A since 1990, when he joined as director of data processing. In 1992, he was promoted to director of information technology. He became vice president of information technology and data processing in 2000. Ortlip is responsible for all of SK&A’s data processing, IT systems, and the company’s networks. His department created and maintains the applications that helped the database grow from 100,000 to more than 2 million records. He and his team implemented a new integrated database management system that allows SK&A to lead the direct marketing industry in technology. Ortlip graduated from Houghton College in New York with a B.S. in computer science.

Linda Howard

Linda J. Howard, Vice President of Call Center Operations
In 1995 Linda Howard was appointed director of database management, and she became vice president of call center operations in 2000. She’s responsible for developing and managing the call center, SK&A’s largest employee group. One of Ms. Howard’s many accomplishments has been to maintain an employee turnover rate of less than a 10 percent, and unprecedented record for such departments. She’s responsible for recruiting, training, motivating, and managing the entire call center. She earned a B.S. in sociology from Central Michigan University.

Mike Green

Mike Green, Vice President of Data, Products, and Research
Since 2004, Mike Green has led SK&A’s data acquisition and quality, product development, and customer order fulfillment. He’s also responsible for e-commerce and our physician-office profiling program. When he joined SK&A, Green brought extensive business-to-business (B2B) experience from Experian Business Information Solutions, where his 13-year history with the company included many roles. As director of B2B marketing there, he was responsible for buying, licensing, marketing and analyzing proprietary credit and marketing business data. He’s managed product, marketing, and customer service teams, large call centers, data entry efforts, and special projects for key customers. Green has a B.S. in business from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
