Case Study: Market Research Firm Reaches Neonatologists for Study with Office-Based Physician Fax List


Challenge

A global healthcare market research company that conducts studies on behalf of pharmaceutical and medical device clients needed 100 participants for a neonatologist study.

Solution

The company evaluated a handful of data vendors and selected SK&A to buy its Office-Based Physicians list for the survey. “SK&A data is very accurate—especially the fax data,” said the manager overseeing the survey.

Throughout the participant recruitment phase of the study, the company purchased an Office-Based Physician address list, fax list and email list for a multichannel outreach to approximately 2,000 neonatologists.

Results

The entire recruitment campaign resulted in 69 physicians completing the survey, which the survey’s manager noted are “very good results” for a business contact list.
