In 2007, David Escalante, Jr. joined SK&A as its President and COO and was promoted to CEO in July 2008. Following the acquisition of SK&A by Cegedim in January 2010, Dave was named Vice President of SK&A, A Cegedim Company and later promoted to Senior VP, OneKey and Marketing. Upon the acquisition of Cegedim by IMS Health in April 2015, Dave was named to his current position. He has 22 years of experience in delivering sales, marketing and compliance solutions to the healthcare industry. Dave has extensive knowledge in the business, technology, processes, and data required for healthcare companies to satisfy their business objectives.
Prior to Cegedim, Dave’s most recent positions were Vice President at MarketRx, a provider of sales and marketing effectiveness solutions to pharmaceutical and biotech firms, and Vice President of Product Management at Dendrite International, a global leader in pharmaceutical services. In both positions, he developed multi-year growth strategies for new and existing products in global markets.
Dave holds a B.A. degree from Rutgers University.
Veronica Eggers joined SK&A in September 1996. She has over 16 years of experience in customer satisfaction, sales support and management. Veronica is responsible for customer service, sales support, third-party data purchasing, email services and lead distribution. She plays a key role in the development of new products and pricing, and contributes to the company’s sales success and customer satisfaction. Veronica’s “customer service first” attitude has lead to building exceptional relationships with customers. In addition, she has experience with healthcare databases, training development tools, DMS, Fox Pro, SQL, CMS, and email services.
Chris Lundgren has over 35 years experience in the direct marketing industry, the last decade being specifically focused in Healthcare. Chris joined SK&A after having held senior sales and marketing positions for D&B, Donnelley Marketing / infoUSA and SK&A. Chris has been successful in integrating diverse sales organizations after mergers and acquisitions, as well as segmenting sales teams to better match up to national account, field sales and tele-sales strategies.
Chris is a graduate of Washington & Lee University.
Bob Preston joined Healthcare Data Solution (HDS) in 2011 as the director of strategic alliances and partnerships. He has more than 25 years of experience in direct/database marketing and working with customers to integrate product platforms with strategic partners. At SK&A his responsibilities include pursuing partnerships to help customers improve efficiencies and results, fostering company development, and maintaining relationships with partners and potential alliances.
He holds a master of business administration degree in marketing from Oakland University and a bachelor’s of science degree in marketing from Wayne State University.
Miranda Rochol brings 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry to SK&A, including 11 years at Walgreens. Her areas of expertise in retail pharmacy includes operations, electronic prescribing, clinical data exchange and alternative healthcare delivery and reimbursement models. At SK&A, Miranda works with industry leaders and clients to identify innovative ways to continue to improve SK&A products. Using a new accelerated product development cycle, she is involved from strategy through implementation to deliver results.
She holds a B.A. in Healthcare Administration from Columbia Southern University, Orange Beach, and is currently completing a M.B.A. in Healthcare Administration.
Jack came to SK&A in October 2006 from Melissa Data where he served as the Marketing Manager for the software division. Jack began his career as an editor for business publications and was later a publisher for Advanstar Communications. He brings to SK&A more than 15 years of experience in direct and interactive marketing, media relations, magazine and catalog publishing, and event management. He currently oversees marketing activities for SK&A including branding, direct response campaigns, product launches, events, advertising, and publicity.
Jack earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Jeff Shippen joins SK&A with over 30 years of experience in the direct marketing industry. At SK&A Jeff will be responsible for leading the fulfillment, implementation, and email services teams. Prior to joining SK&A, Jeff held leadership positions with Healthcare Data Solutions, Infogroup, and Donnelley Marketing, directing a wide variety of cross-functional support teams.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and resides in Omaha, Nebraska.
Sarah came to HDS after almost 10 years at 1-800-DENTIST, where she served in a variety of roles, from Copywriter to Marketing Manager to Director of B2B Marketing. During her tenure there, she created a detailed tracking system and excelled at the analytics of marketing, making the move to a company focused on data the perfect fit. Sarah’s focus at SK&A is building and maintaining the right set of integrated commercial tools to support Sales and grow SK&A’s business.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Jose State University.
Barry Ward joined SK&A in April 2007 as an account representative on the inbound core sales team and quickly rose to various positions throughout the sales department. Within six months, Barry was named a member of the reseller team. In January 2009, Barry became part of the healthcare agency service team, and later that April, he joined the outbound sales team. Barry currently supervises 16 sales reps across three teams. Prior to SK&A, Barry worked in promotional sales as well as the mortgage industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from Rutgers University.
Lisa joined SK&A in March 2010 with seven years of executive administrative experience. With hard work and dedication, Lisa earned SK&A’s employee of the month award within a year. Supporting a team of 15 prior to joining SK&A, Lisa took on the challenge of managing office operations for SK&A’s 130 staff. As an office manager, Lisa provides administrative support to the Vice President, the manager of Human Resources, and various department managers, and is responsible for the procurement of office supplies. She organizes customer events and seminars, sales staff events, and monthly employee awards programs, and takes on special projects such as office construction and floor plans.
