Lori Connell-Snider

Lori Connell-Snider, Manager, Human Resources
Lori Connell-Snider joined SK&A in November 1996 as the human resources generalist. Prior to SK&A, she worked in human resources with MetLife for seven years. She has owned two small retail businesses which have helped increase her knowledge of business operations and personnel management. Currently, as the manager of human resources, she is responsible for all HR and payroll functions within the company. She is a graduate of the University of Phoenix, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management and a Certificate in Human Resources.

Dan Ortlip

Daniel Ortlip, Senior Manager, MIS
Daniel Ortlip has been with SK&A since 1990, when he joined as director of data processing. In 1992, he was promoted to director of information technology. He became vice president of information technology and data processing in 2000. Following the acquisition of SK&A by Cegedim in January 2010, Dan was named manager of MIS for SK&A, A Cegedim Company. Dan is responsible for all of SK&A’s data processing, IT systems and company networks. His department created and maintains the applications that helped the database grow from 100,000 to more than two million records. He and his team implemented a new integrated database management system that allows SK&A to lead the direct marketing industry in technology. Dan graduated from Houghton College in New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Barry Ward

Barry Ward, Senior Inside Sales Manager
Barry Ward joined SK&A in April 2007 as an account representative on the inbound core sales team and quickly rose to various positions throughout the sales department. Within six months, Barry was named a member of the reseller team. In January 2009, Barry became part of the healthcare agency service team, and later that April, he joined the outbound sales team. Barry currently supervises 16 sales reps across three teams. Prior to SK&A, Barry worked in promotional sales as well as the mortgage industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from Rutgers University.

Lisa Weaver

Lisa Weaver, Office Manager
Lisa joined SK&A in March 2010 with seven years of executive administrative experience. With hard work and dedication, Lisa earned SK&A’s employee of the month award within a year. Supporting a team of 15 prior to joining SK&A, Lisa took on the challenge of managing office operations for SK&A’s 130 staff. As an office manager, Lisa provides administrative support to the Vice President, the manager of Human Resources, and various department managers, and is responsible for the procurement of office supplies. She organizes customer events and seminars, sales staff events, and monthly employee awards programs, and takes on special projects such as office construction and floor plans.
